International Orders:
7–15 business days depending on the destination country.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout depending on:

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

These charges are not controlled by FilmyCloset and must be paid by the customer if applicable.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

FilmyCloset is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
